Rentizens provides an AI-powered platform for creating verified renter profiles that can be shared with landlords and property managers. Our service includes:

  • Income and employment verification
  • Credit pre-screening (soft inquiries only)
  • Rental history verification
  • Reference management
  • Profile sharing capabilities

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Not misuse or attempt to manipulate the verification system
  • Use the service only for legitimate rental applications
  • Not share your profile with unauthorized parties

Verification Process

  • We use third-party services for income and credit verification
  • All credit checks are soft inquiries that do not affect your credit score
  • Verification results are provided “as is” based on available data
  • We are not responsible for decisions made by landlords based on your profile

Payment Terms

One-Time Profile ($29)

  • Provides a complete verified profile
  • Profile remains active for 30 days
  • No automatic renewals

Premium Monthly ($9/month)

  • Provides ongoing profile maintenance
  • Cancel anytime with no penalty
  • Billed monthly until cancelled

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rentizens and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Rentizens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
